 Review and refine key stages and the allocation of their resources in the development of an outcome Develop an outcome that is informed by ongoing planning and
re-evaluation.  Present evidence that shows how the requirements of the
given brief are addressed, and how any interactions between factors are
resolved in making key decisions
#1 Requirements: Develop documentation (brief,planning) that includes:

  • a list of tasks, sorted into key stages, that are required to complete a final outcome
  • milestones associated with the key stages
  • time associated with each task
  • key resources other than time that will be required (materials, people, access to stakeholders, software)

  • Planning: show tasks over time with milestones
  • Final evaluation:

    • demonstrate how you met the requirements of the brief
    • demonstrate how you followed/modified the planning while producing the final outcome
  • Final solution that fulfills the key requirements of the brief
 Develop documentation for the following:

  • Brief: specifications, tasks, budget
  • Planning: show tasks over time with milestones
  • Final evaluation:

    • demonstrate how you met all of the requirements of the brief
    • demonstrate how you followed/modified the planning while producing the final outcome
    • demonstrate how planning helped you make decisions throughout the
      process (ie. how did research, deadlines, resources, stakeholders
      affect the final outcome)
  • Final solution that fulfills the key requirements of the brief
